Rental Requirements
Safety comes first.
Safety instructions are required listening. Safety gear must be worn at all times.
All traffic, Federal, State, County and or City laws must be obeyed. Safety procedures must always be followed.
You must be 21 years or older with a valid Drivers License to rent any of our power sports vehicles. Only those riders, designated at the time of rental, are allowed to ride the machine. Minors must be accompanied by a parent. Each customer must sign a liability waiver, referred to as the Release, Indemnity and Rental Agreement. A parent must sign for all minor passengers. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Visa or MasterCard. A $500.00 authorization is required per machine rented. Reservations are recommended. Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours before departure date with no. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours before departure date will be charged the whole fee.
Customers are responsible for any and all damages incurred while they are in possession of rental machines and or trailers. Customers will be responsible for any retrieval due to non mechanical reasons. This includes running out of fuel.
No refunds due to weather. FiveStar Power Rentals retains the right to reschedule rental times due to inclement weather.
